  1. it look like warmonger Daniel and his corruptible political elite in WH are back in business.30 years of supporting separatism and for people like him international Law or UN resolution means nothing.such hatred specifically against Russians an Serbs deserves nice book to explain that pathological hate…but that this US politics..lies more lies and corrupted politicians and lobbyist purchased by Narco dollars from Albanian Mafia..Anything about Kosovo Albanians Organ trade..How about interview with Canadian fellow from Toronto who got ..”lucky” kidney from Serbian Civilian ??

  2. Let me introduce myself. I am a student living in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am currently completing my master’s degree. As a young man, I was not overly interested in politics, but lately, due to the political crisis, I have started researching and reading about the reasons for the crisis. Your analyzes are accurate. I can confirm that, because I live in Bosnia myself. I especially read and follow your work. Unfortunately in my country, the vast majority of political analysts either do not understand or knowingly deceive the public and citizens about the political crisis in the country.

One question I have for you though? In your opinion, what can and should be expected from the citizens to take to prevent a possible escalation of the situation?

And one more question? Sometime in 2006, a constitutional program for Bosnia and Herzegovina was proposed. It is the so-called “April package” of 2006 proposed by the Americans and the EU. He was reportedly not accepted because one or two votes were missing. No one knows reasons why. Some politicians today still talk about the rehabilitation of the April package. I’m interested in your opinion on that? I was very young then, and do not have a notion of what “April-package” is? And in particular, as a citizen I support everything that comes from the USA and EU, especially Germany. Long live the USA!

By the way, I wish you a happy New Year.

Best regards from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  3. Would you be willing to point out some similarities and differences betweed genocides (albeit 2nd is not yet adjudicated) in Srebrenica municipality (1995) that already got its courtroom epilogue and Gaza strip (2024) whose courtroom case is currently ongoing?

Obvious ones come down to numbers:
Srebrenica municipality – size: 204 sq mi, victims: 7000+
Gaza strip – size: 141 sq mi, victims: 20.000+

but long and thorough article comparing all the small details from your point of view would be more than interesting.

    Thank You!

    1. I’m not sure I am qualified to do this as a non-lawyer. In addition, I have my doubts that the Tribunal will call the Gaza crimes “genocide.” See the article in The Atlantic: https://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2024/01/israel-south-africa-genocide-case-fake-quotes/677198/ These are legally and factually fraught issues. Intentions can be hard to ferret out. But war crimes and crimes against humanity are no better in my book than genocide.
