  1. “Republicans concerned about ‘misplaced funding priorities,’ Rep. Harold Rogers says” – they’re not wrong. aid sent to the foreign countries in need of aid if seen as a corruption and aid not reaching those in need but as a way to enrich those in power is counter productive. Afghanistan is an example. We are to witness a similar thing across belt and road initiative in the future. Russia alone was a mistake, letting them to find their own way to a liberal democracy, ending up in kleptocracy, which gave Putin opportunity to take power fighting kleptocracy, just to end up in another one.
